Preparing Your Evidence
The 60-minute asset freeze mandate depends on the quality of initial evidence. Before starting your report, ensure you have the following information ready to maximize the chances of full recovery.
Transaction Records
We require the exact destination. This includes IBAN numbers for bank fraud, TXIDs (Transaction IDs) for crypto fraud, or the specific platform name for internal exchange fraud.
Digital Artifacts
Do not delete anything. We need full email headers (EML files), screenshots of the fraudulent website/app, and any chat logs from Telegram, WhatsApp, or support portals used by the suspects.
Identity Proof
Have your national ID or passport ready. While the initial report is encrypted, the subsequent video verification call requires a live biometric match against your official digital credentials.
Temporal Data
Identify the exact minute the transaction was authorized. Our heuristic models use timing anomalies to separate your genuine activity from the suspect's unauthorized routing.
